Lovely hidden gem, far enough out for you to feel like you are ages away from anything else! Local walks and attractions that aren't too far. Clean and tidy cosy little cottage, with a lovely little patio and hot tub. Owners were lovely and very accomodating! We will definitely be back.
The accommodation was spotless. Most comfortable bed we have slept in away from home. Hot tub was a bonus and again spotless. The host was friendly and ensured that everything was OK throughout our stay. We would happily recommend the wee one to those looking for someplace quiet but still within easy traveling distance to local towns.
The definition of a relaxing getaway! The peacefulness was amazing, being able to sit out in the hot tub, listening to nothing but bird song was bliss! The Wee Bothy where we stayed was gorgeous! Clean, spacious and had everything we needed and the hosts were lovely with nothing too much trouble! We will definitely be back, can’t wait for our next stay in the Redlands Country Lodges!
Lovely little place to get away and relax. The accommodation is excellent. It has everything you need. The hot tub was fantastic too. If you need time away as a couple or on your own I definitely recommend here!

Even with our thorough maintenance, we need to advise you of the risk of Hot tub Folliculitis can be caused by staying in the tub for over 15 mins at a time, shaving before use, entering with cuts or scrapes, sitting around in wet swimwear or robes amongst other reasons.
There are some precautions you can take to further reduce your risk. You should note the following also – choosing to disregard this advice can elevate your risk.
Shower prior to use.
Use the tub for max 20 minutes.
Avoid shaving or removing hair immediately before using a hot tub. Waxing should be done at least a day or so in advance if possible.
Don’t sit around in a damp swimsuit or robe. Immediately after getting out of the tub, shower and wash with soap and water.
Clean your swimsuit thoroughly after you’ve been in a hot tub. If you don’t, you could reinfect yourself at a later date.
IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY that it would be caused by the chemical balance of your tubs being incorrect – we keep records to show levels are correct before you enter the water and we can produce these as evidence should we need to.
