ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING
Confirmation of booking by deposit or registration assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions by the person placing the booking. Please read these terms carefully and retain a copy for your own records.
CANCELLATIONS
Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date.
All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice, the total booking value will be charged. Those concerned about the possibility of cancellation should take out travel insurance.
Please note that once a reservation has been made any changes (such as a reduction of days or changes of dates or change of room type) is deemed a cancellation of the original reservation and as such the deposit is forfeited - the deposit maybe applied to the altered booking at our discretion.
BOOKINGS
A deposit by Debit or Credit Card is required. Cash can also be accepted.
Please note we no longer accept personal cheques. Business users booking rooms for employees must agree a suitable method of payment with the proprietor in advance. A deposit is required to guarantee ALL bookings.
At weekends there is normally a requirement for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
However, 1 night stays may be available on application, we can be flexible.
During the high seasons and the New Year period a minimum stay of 3 nights is normally required.
Check-in is from 2pm. In case of late arrival, please inform at point of booking or by phone as soon as possible. Check in before 2pm, such as before a wedding, can be arranged for an additional charge of £20. Luggage can be stored.
Check-out is 10.30am Monday to Friday, 11.00am Saturday and Sunday. An extended checkout may be available by arrangement.
SMOKING
All rooms and grounds of Redlands Country Lodge are non-smoking, no exceptions!
Any guest found smoking on premises will be asked to leave immediately.
PETS
Well-behaved pets are allowed in certain rooms, but only by prior arrangement.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
All rooms are cleaned and checked for damage daily and are let in good condition. The person booking the rooms takes full responsibility for the whole group. The booker accepts responsibility for any damage caused during their stay that necessitates repair or replacement, furniture, fixtures and fittings, mattresses etc. Additional cleaning, out-with reasonably expected cleaning, will incur an additional charge.
