If you use a satellite navigation system to find us, please note that it may take you to Ramornie Farm, just down the road from us! If you reach the Ramornie farm sign, then, with it on your left, drive to next junction and take a left onto Pitlessie Road. We're about 1/2 mile down on the right.

DIRECTIONS FROM EDINBURGH
Cross Forth Bridge
M90 north to junction 2a for A92 to Dundee, signposted Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy Follow A92 for approx. 20 miles to Freuchie.
After BP garage on your right, drive 1 mile take right, signposted Ladybank.
Follow signs to Ladybank station. Just before station, take right onto Commercial Cres. Go under railway bridge.
Take SHARP left immediately after railway bridge onto Pitlessie Road Travel about 1/2 mile down road.

DIRECTIONS FROM DUNDEE
Cross Tay Bridge
A92 South to Edinburgh Kirkcaldy for approx. 10 miles Ladybank is one mile south of Melville Lodges Roundabout.
Turn left into Ladybank
Follow signs to Ladybank station
Just after Ladybank station take a left onto Commercial Cres. and go under railway bridge.
Take SHARP left immediately after railway bridge onto Pitlessie Road Travel about 1/2 mile down road, (past cottages and Ladybank forest), you'll see Redlands sign on the left just after the forest.
