Fabulous accommodation with hot tubs set in the small courtyard of Redlands Country Lodge in Fife, Scotland. A peaceful countryside retreat - a place to chill out and relax. We have three apartments in total, each sleeps max 2 people. We have two semi detached log cabin apartments - WeeOne and WeeTwo - plus our WeeBothy, each has its own private hot tub. Our self catering holiday apartments are ideal for a peaceful short break with a hot tub.
WeeOne and WeeTwo: Each terraced log cabin apt can sleep 2 people and has its own hot tub. Our apartments are quirky in shape and styled beautifully - they are completely hand built using natural logs.
Within the village, there are several small shops, cafes and pub that we encourage you to support. The Kiltmakers cafe, Minicks artisan butchers, 2 licensed stores, chemist and a Chinese takeaway. Local pubs with outdoor spaces include The Golf Inn pub in Ladybank, who offer great breakfast and lunch rolls from it's takeaway cafe and farm shop everyday. The Kettlebridge Inn, in the next village of Kettlebridge, a mile away - has with a great Italian menu and fab beer garden and marquee. We also have a soap maker, jeweller, artist studios and art workshops, beautician, eyelash experts, aesthetic clinic and hairdressers in Ladybank. Ladybank Championship Course is just down the road for the many golfers we see in the area. We're also a short drive away from many historic towns and villages such as St. Andrews (16miles) and for Outlander fans, Falkland is just 5 miles from the door. The market town of Cupar is 5 miles away, with a great Farmers market. A drive along the Fife coastal route to visit the lovely fishing villages of Anstruther, Pittenweem and Crail is a firm favourite with our visitors. Location Much of Fife is made up of tiny villages like Ladybank and Pitlessie and a we'd recommend bringing a car to get out and about exploring. The nearest public transport is in Ladybank, about 1/2 mile away. Ladybank Village has a mainline train station, taking only 50 mins into Edinburgh. Dundee and Perth are about 15 mins.We're approx. 35mins from the Forth Bridge by car, just off the A92. For those without a car, local taxis firms can be booked in advance. Please note; Whilst we try to ensure your tub is available (between 11.30am and 10pm) there are occasions when essential cleaning or unforeseen repairs may mean it is unavailable during your stay. All guests must read and sign the terms of use prior to using the tub.
Please bring proper swimwear. Flipflops are advisable. We provide you with waffle robes. Absolutely NO glass or music allowed around tubs please.
